The dogs I have belonged to:
Picture
Badshah (6.08.2022- )
Badshah means 'emperor' in Urdu and he is a Rhodesian Ridgeback rescued from Austin, Tx.
He is a chill dog who loves tug of war and hanging out in Pick Hall.

Geneva (3.19.2011-11.17.2022 ) was also a Giant Schnauzer, She was named after the Conventions Against Torture. She loved humans and human interaction. She was frequently present in Pick Hall at the University of Chicago. She hailed from West Virginia.

Guinness (12.23.2006-12.29.2020) was a Giant Schnauzer rescued from Arkansas. He rescued me more than once from academic and personal disasters. I almost dedicated my first book to him. He set the standard for what it means to be a professor's dog. He was named after a beer.
